**Zunni Shipping Policy
At Zunni, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience, including the delivery of our products. Our shipping policy is detailed below:
1. **International Shipping**
All products are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers to the address provided at the time of purchase.
2. **Delivery Times**.
- Order Preparation:** Processing and packing time is 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping Time:** Once shipped, delivery may take 8 to 20 business days, depending on the customer's location.
3. **Order Tracking**
We provide a tracking code for customers to track the status of their shipment. This code will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
4. **Delayed Delivery**.
In some cases, delivery time may be extended due to shipping delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen situations. In the event that your order does not arrive within 50 business days, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
5. **Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Zunni will not be responsible for non-delivery. In such cases, a new shipping payment will be required.
6. **Package Not Claimed**.
If the recipient is not available to receive the package, three delivery attempts will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office and must be picked up within 7 days. Otherwise, the package will be returned to Zunni.
